Which areas do you service and come to?
Currently, we are only offering BOOP mobile pet grooming in Dubai, however, stay tuned because we are planning to expand to other Emirates soon.
How long will the grooming take?
Our mobile pet grooming is largely dependent on the breed of the animal and the type of service requested, but on average, we should have your pet fully groomed in 1-2 hours.
Can I watch my pet be groomed?
Absolutely! You are most welcome to watch your pet being groomed in the BOOP BUS, we are sure that you will enjoy watching your pet being pampered.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you give us at least 24hrs notice before your scheduled appointment if you want to reschedule or cancel.
Do you groom cats as well?
We certainly do! In fact, we love to groom our feline friends, check out our cat mobile grooming packages on our service page.
What type of products do you use?
We use only natural and organic shampoo and conditioners, we care for your pets welfare and do not believe in using harsh chemical products.
Will my pet be in a cage?
Nope! Absolutely not, we make sure your pet’s experience with BOOP mobile pet grooming is stress-free, which means we never put your pet in a cage.
Discounts for multiple pets?
